"Check tel line " message display
My Telephone displays the words "Check tel line" and does not allow me to dial out. Is this a phone problem. Or is it a problem in the incoming telephone line

There is no problem with the machine -- it's a good product. It is a second hand machine which came to me without the manual or the number code for retrieving messages from outside.

Not working
