base station cordless phone
base staion works on speakerphone only, the cordless phone does not work. we have replaced the battery pack but they only lasted one day and it quit working again. The expansion handset works.

beeping sound and what is the number of a new battery for this unit
I keep hearing an intermittent beeping sound when I am using this phone.
Also I may need a new battery for the phone, a Motorola MA 300. What is the product number and type for this phone? What is causing the beeping sound? Is it because the battery is low?

Unable to pickup a call
Cannot answer a phone call. The talk button is depressed as usual to answer, but the caller is unable to hear the answerer. There's also a beeping sound that comes from the receiver

Help with machine problem
I have a motorola ME7060 and cannot use the answer machine. I have checked the manual and it does not help. I have recorded my own message but when I call the number it defaults to the original message, lets the caller leave a message but does not let me play it back. Please can anyone advise?

I have just bought a pair of these phones. After every call received the rings flash on both phones. I don't know how to turn this off or stop it happening. The manual doesn't help.

can't break dial tone
all of the sudden, when i dial my phone normally the tone won't break and nothing happens. i can still dial by entering the number before hitting the green button, but this way i can't use phone trees.

Apparently the frequency has been changed.

Second handset
I've installed new batteries in the primary handset AND the secondary handset. Primary works just fine. Second handset is dead as a doornail. Just for the record, the second phone has not been in use for some time - and it may not be working. Any ideas?
