up but that doesn't mean a thing . We have exchanged dvr and also have spoken to local help available . Their answer is that happens at times . we pay monthly to time warner…

the display on the phone is broken up with parts not there. makes it almost impossibble to read info. All three phones did this at once making think something is wrong with the base unit.
