E5913B cordless set connecting issue
I am facing a problem with my E5913B cordless set. All the 3 handsets show connecting and am unable to take or make any calls. However, the voice mail is able to pick up the calls.

ringer stopped on all 4 units
My phone will only beep once on the base to signal an incoming call. It worked fine until this morning. None of the other phones signal an incoming call in an;y way. Anyone have a suggestion?

Discovered phone in a drawer and want to install it in kitchen. AT&T rep to me that I should have a phone that connects to jack in wall and jack on phone. Installed new battery today. I think it's charging. Don't have the manual and thus cannot program the phone.

Ring off
Why if I set the ring volume OFF, (and it appears on the screen Ringer OFF) it is not OFF, the telephone rings (Rings 3 times and it is not even LOW, is not as said in the manual tha it will be a two alert beeps)???

Reads "Line In Use" when it's not.
All of our phones read "Line In Use" and they are all off & on their charging bases. I tried unplugging the answering machine base but it didn't work. There's no dial tone & you get a busy signal when you call. What do I need to do?

Turning Off RInger
I cannot figure out if there is a way or not to completely turn off the ringer on my phones. I have the E2728B/E1128B. I have tried turning the ringer off on all three handsets and they still ring! Is there a way to fix this? All I found in the manual was temporary ringer silencing.

When phone rings recorder comes
on and says "phone will not allow messages to be left". I have not changed
anything that I am aware of. Also, where
it shows how many messages you have
it only has the letter A in it, this is odd.
