can't set up voicemail
i can't set up my voicemail, it has no beep, and the caller can't hear the beep..please help me..

phone adaptor plug in
can't find it , tried two others that seem to fit. It wouldn't come on, the red light isn't.

caller can not hear me on cordless handset
All of a sudden both my cordless handsets stopped working. I could hear the caller, but they could not hear me. I was able to fix by doing the following.
Go to the menu/ set up base on the phone and de-register all phones.
Then go to cordless phone remove batteries.
Re-insert the batteries and then go to menu/register.
On the base go to menu/display base id. Enter the base id in to the cordless. then press ok. You should be working again.
