  Every time a call is answered (incoming or outgoing), my phone goes on hold (that word appears on the bottom left of screen), and when I press the top left button under the word hold, it changes to resume but still no voice is heard either way.

  Caller's voice drops out
  When receiving a call, the caller's voice drops to a very low level. If I make a slight noise (like clearing my throat) the caller's voice becomes loud again for a short time and then drops low again. Can anyone offer any advice on this problem?
