  USER MANUALS
  I could not find this exact manual. So I search the Manufacture website and located the next model. Its pretty darn close the this one except it has a message counter and you can set the language on it. All's I needed was to set the time/day. This manual worked GREAT for that. Hope it helps!

  Have you pushed the "reset button on the back next to the "turn message on/off" and Ringer delay 2/4/? Or, push the "Change" Button and then record a new nessage pushing Message Button. Bill
